Shipping Policy

The processing time for orders is 1-3 business days. After that, delivery time for shipping is 3-6 days. Please keep in mind that during holidays or vacations, delays are to be expected.

We fill orders Mon-Thur 8-5. When our office is closed for a holiday or vacation, your order will be filled the first day we return. We ship ONLY in the United States with a flat rate of $9.99

We are NOT responsible for packages LOST or STOLEN even when they are reported as delivered. If you want to purchase additional insurance for shipping, contact the office to order over the phone @ 423-813-7575
