Shipping policy

The processing time for orders is 1-3 business days. After that, delivery time for shipping is 3-6 days. Please keep in mind that during holidays or vacations, delays are to be expected.

We fill orders Mon-Thur 8-5. When our office is closed for a holiday or vacation, your order will be filled the first day we return. We ship ONLY in the United States with an uninsured flat rate of $9.99 OR insured flat rate of $15

We are NOT responsible for packages LOST or STOLEN even when they are reported as delivered. If you do not receive your package, it is out of our hands, you MUST contact the carrier yourself.

When we are CLOSED for vacation, your order will be shipped when we return and you will see date of shipping when choosing "SHIP"

Can not cancel orders: There is a 10% restocking fee to cover credit card fees
