The hypothalamus is a section of the brain responsible for production of many of the body’s essential hormones and chemical substances that help control different cells and organs. The hormones from the hypothalamus govern physiologic functions such as temperature regulation, thirst, hunger, sleep, mood, sex drive, and the release of other hormones within the body. This area of the brain houses the pituitary gland and other glands in the body.  The hypothalamus steers the body to keep a certain "set point" weight. Therefore, if the hypothalamus is not working appropriately it will crave foods and increase hunger levels, falsely.¹

Shipping Policy

The processing time for orders is 1-3 business days. After that, typical delivery time for shipping is 3-6 days. Please keep in mind that during holidays or vacations, delays are to be expected.

We fill orders Mon-Thur 8-5. When our office is closed for a holiday or vacation, your order will be filled the first day we return. We ship ONLY in the United States with a uninsured flat rate of $9.99 or insured flat rate of $15

We are NOT responsible for packages LOST or STOLEN even if/when they are reported "as delivered."

Subscriptions
When you purchase a subscription you'll receive repeat deliveries. These are based on the subscription duration and frequency that you select.
Your payment details will be stored securely and you'll be charged for each of these deliveries, unless you choose to pay in advance.
Some subscriptions may auto-renew at the end of their duration. If you don't want to renew a subscription you can cancel it.
If you want to cancel or change your subscription, you can do it at any time. Your order confirmation emails have links to your order. You can manage your subscription from there.
